KWB appoints new Head of Property Management

Independent Birmingham commercial property consultancy KWB has appointed highly respected industry figure, Sam Lawrence, as its new head of property management.

With more than 25 years’ experience and an unrivalled knowledge of Birmingham and the wider West Midlands property market, Sam joins KWB from BNP Paribas, where he was a director of the Birmingham property management team.

Sam, who is also the former chair of Westside Business Improvement District (BID), has extensive experience managing diverse commercial property portfolios for high profile funds and high net worth clients in a career that also includes significant spells at Bilfinger GVA and ProLogis Developments.
