KWB has let nearly 11,000 sq ft of office space on Birmingham Business Park to a financial adviser network, Personal Touch Financial Services.
Acting on behalf of Changan UK R&D Centre Ltd (CAUK), KWB’s Office Agency team let 10,815 sq ft on the ground floor at 3700 Parkside, Solihull Parkway, Birmingham Business Park, on a new institutional lease to Personal Touch Financial Services.
3700 Parkside is a 21,985 sq ft office building, acquired by CAUK when it bought the Parkside estate of five office buildings in 2015. This was to create a bespoke UK research and development facility for parent company Changan, one of the largest automotive manufacturers in both the Chinese domestic market and the global automotive market. CAUK occupies the first floor of 3700 Parkside. The deal with Personal Touch means that the building is now fully let.

11,474 sq ft of office space, with 58 car parking spaces, remains available at the neighbouring office building of 3900 Parkside.
