KWB’s Birmingham office move management consultancy, KWB Workplace, has completed a six-figure office refurbishment, design and fit out project at the 26,000 sq ft office building, 1320 Solihull Parkway at Birmingham Business Park.
Working for the landlord, Quartz Investments LLP, KWB Workplace project managed the office refurbishment works for the ground floor and common areas.
KWB Workplace then managed the specification and fit out of 20,774 sq ft of office space on the ground and first floor for the incoming tenant, BCA Logistics.
