KWB property management team achieves IOSH accreditation
KWB has further strengthened its commitment to delivering the highest standards of service, with its entire property management team recently achieving IOSH accreditation.
The team completed their IOSH assessment at the RICS HQ in Birmingham, marking an important milestone in KWB’s ongoing investment in training, professional development and best practice across its property management offer.
The accreditation reflects the importance KWB places on maintaining a well-trained, knowledgeable and highly capable workforce, ensuring clients continue to benefit from expert advice and consistently high levels of service.
It also reinforces the team’s understanding of health and safety responsibilities, an essential part of effective property management and the delivery of well-managed, compliant and well-performing buildings.

By continuing to invest in training and professional standards, KWB is ensuring its property management team remains equipped to respond to the evolving needs of clients and occupiers, while upholding the highest standards across the built environment.
Sam Lawrence, director and head of property management at KWB, said: “At KWB, we are committed to investing in our people because a well-trained team is fundamental to delivering the best possible service for our clients. Achieving IOSH accreditation across the entire property management team is a really positive step and reflects the professionalism, dedication and high standards we expect across the business.
“Health and safety is a vital part of property management, and this accreditation gives our team even greater knowledge and confidence to support clients in managing their buildings effectively, responsibly and to the highest standard.”
This latest achievement underlines KWB’s continued focus on professional development and its determination to provide a proactive, informed and dependable service across its property management portfolio.
