Within days of signing the new lease agreement for over 22,500 sq ft, formerly Knowle-based Personal Touch Financial Services had made the six-mile move from its three separate offices and taken over the remaining one-and-a-half floors at the Trinity Park T3 development, which is located right next to Birmingham International Airport and Railway Station.
In moving to T3 – billed as one of Birmingham’s most prestigious offices being marketed – Personal Touch, which employs more than 200 and boasts an annual turnover in excess of £100 million, joins neighbours international construction operators Laing O’Rourke and Morson International, one of the world’s leading technical recruitment companies.
T3 provided the perfect solution to Personal Touch’s needs. The building is of the highest grade ‘A’ standard and gives the company the opportunity to effortlessly make the transition from three buildings into one.
