KWB secures five lettings at Solihull office building

KWB Birmingham commercial property agents have secured the letting of more than 9,500 sq ft of high quality Solihull office space across five deals at two fully refurbished, neighbouring Solihull office buildings.

Acting jointly with commercial property agents GVA, Malcolm Jones, a senior member of KWB Birmingham office agents, let a ground floor office suite of 4,023 sq ft at 39 Dominion Court, Station Road, Solihull, West Midlands to Hayfield Homes. Malcolm also let a further four office suites, each of 1,400 sq ft, to Hansteen, Concordia Freight, Made Architects and Athlone Extrusions at rents of up to £22 per sq ft at neighbouring 43 Dominion Court.

Malcolm Jones said: “High quality office space in Solihull, especially with good car parking provision, is in short supply in general and in the town centre of Solihull in particular, so these office suites, which were comprehensively refurbished to a high standard, were snapped up quickly.”
