KWB secures sale at Meriden Business Park to Bond Estates
Birmingham commercial property agents, KWB has secured the sale of a headquarters-style office building at Meriden Business Park to Bond Estates, the property investment wing of H.W. Coates Holdings.
2010 Meriden Business Park is a 15,279 sq ft, two-storey office building with 80 car parking spaces. It is situated in the village of Meriden, just off the A45 between Solihull and Coventry, with good access to Coventry and Birmingham city centres and the M42, M6 and wider motorway network. Neighbouring occupiers include The British Showjumping Association and stationery company Nuco International.

KWB has been retained to let the building, which will undergo an office refurbishment programme to help answer demand for high quality office space within the Solihull and M42 corridor.
