KWB strengthens residential property management team
Birmingham commercial property agents, KWB, have strengthened their residential property management team with the appointment of a new Associate Director.
Nicola Fagan joins KWB from Centrick Property to help grow KWB’s portfolio of managed residential blocks and housebuilder developments. She is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and has more than 15 years’ experience in residential property management in Birmingham. At KWB, she will work closely with Mark Lenton, Head of KWB Property & Asset Management.
Nicola said: “I am delighted to move to KWB, to a firm where there is a real focus on all aspects of property management. I love Birmingham and its property scene, and I particularly love residential property management. I’m looking forward to meeting existing and new clients, and providing a personal approach to services such as client liaison, managing developments, budgeting, resident communication and site inspections.”
John Bryce, Director of KWB, said: “Nicola brings vast experience, knowledge, enthusiasm and great energy to our residential management team. We have recently won some new key instructions, and Nicola will help us build on these and grow our residential property management service.”
