KWB Residential has been appointed to provide block management services for one of Birmingham’s most historic and sought-after apartment developments, which has been home to numerous TV, music and football stars.

The residential property management specialists have won the contract for Queens College Chambers on Paradise Street.

The residential apartment block began life as the Birmingham Medical School and was officially opened by Queen Victoria in 1837. The existing building still has the Grade II listed façade and comprises 120 apartments and two commercial units.
