The last units are found in “The Croft”, a 20,000 sq ft scheme of 12 units and the fourth and final phase of development at the Business Park. Chase started on site with The Croft in the Summer of 2006 and completed in July 2007. During this time it has received a consistently high level of interest from local and national businesses.

The remaining units range in size from 1,618 sq ft and offer the flexibility to be converted into a single unit of up to 5,729 sq ft. They are available at £15.50 per sq ft leasehold and £185 per sq ft freehold.

Tim Haslam, Managing Director, Chase Commercial says: “The majority of businesses moving to Buntsford Gate are doing so because they’ve either outgrown their current accommodation or because they understand the benefits associated with owning their own premises.

“Bromsgrove is ranked as one of the top twenty-five areas for business growth in the UK which isn’t surprising as it combines pleasant surroundings with excellent transport links to the M42 and M5 – offering the best of both worlds to employers and staff alike.”

Nigel Tripp from KWB continues: “As well as being an excellent investment opportunity, The Croft offers good quality office accommodation. It is perfect for local companies wanting to expand or upgrade their existing offices or even national companies wanting to take advantage of the excellent transport links and central location.”
