M5 headquarters office building sold to national charity
KWB commercial property agents have sold an 11,000 sq ft headquarters office building, providing high quality offices Birmingham close to Junction 3 of the M5, to a major charity.
Acting on behalf of private investors, Malcolm Jones, Head of Office Agency at KWB, has sold Unit E Pinewood, Bell Heath Way, Woodgate Valley Business Park, Birmingham. The 10,952 sq ft, semi-detached, modern headquarters office building was purchased by Mencap for an undisclosed sum. GJS Dillon acted as joint commercial property agent with KWB.
Mencap is a UK charity that helps people with learning disabilities. Their services range from round-the-clock care to helping someone join in with local leisure activities, providing advice and information on things like employment and education, and helping someone to live independently for the first time.
KWB Workplace, KWB’s integrated office move management, design and fit-out consultancy, has been retained to manage the fit-out, refurbishment and move into Unit E Pinewood.
An established commercial property development situated south east of Junction 3 of the M5 , Woodgate Valley Business Park houses a range of commercial occupiers, including Lander Automotive, Ishida Europe, TNA Europe Packaging and Heads & All Threads Fasteners.
