Gareth Marchment MRICS
Managing Director, KWB Property Management
With over 20 years’ experience as a management surveyor and former director of a property management company with a near £3bn property portfolio, I head up KWB’s property and asset management division. Here, we manage the full spectrum of office, industrial, retail and leisure property as well as a growing portfolio of residential developments managed by our dedicated residential block management team.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong commerciality, enhancing values with an ability to understand the wider picture for both clients and colleagues. KWB has developed a tremendous reputation for providing a trusted and personal property management service, tailored to our clients’ specific needs and delivered by a team of highly skilled and experienced property specialists.
As Managing Director of KWB Property Management, I see my role as continuing to build on this solid foundation by driving the business forward, progressively and organically, whilst protecting our clients within a growing regulatory and compliance-focused landscape.
Judith Williams BSc (Hons), MRICS
Senior Property Management Surveyor, KWB Property Management
I am a Senior Property Management Surveyor at KWB Property Management and manage a portfolio of Midlands-based office, industrial, retail and mixed use schemes on behalf of a range of property companies and private landlords.
As a RICS qualified property surveyor with 30 years of experience, I have developed an in-depth understanding of a wide range of property types, industry processes and property management procedures.
I take a proactive, personal and communicative approach to my daily workload. I understand that satisfied tenants are of prime importance to property owners, leading to prompt rent payments and limiting void periods by encouraging long-term occupation. First impressions count when marketing vacant space and potential tenants need confidence that premises are well managed.

From a commercial property management perspective, I understand that as an independent landlord or head of a family trust, what you need is a knowledgeable point of contact that can look after your best interests. Assurance comes from having the property expertise you need, when you need it – so that matters are always in hand. I appreciate the importance of a personal contact.

Martin Cook BSc (Hons), MRICS
Head of Valuation & Lease Advisory, KWB Property Management
I’m an experienced, lateral thinking, RICS Registered Valuer working at KWB Commercial Property Specialists in Birmingham, as Head of Valuation & Lease Advisory.
I act on behalf of both occupiers and landlords to provide advice on rent reviews, lease breaks and lease renewals. For occupiers, this includes activity such as re-gearing leases, improving the security of your tenancy and negotiating rent-free periods and reductions in rent.
For commercial property landlords, I enhance your investment and improve your income by, for example, conducting rent reviews to bring rental levels in line with current market values, and renegotiating leases to improve key performance indicators that further increase asset value and reduce the risk of potential voids.
For both landlords and tenants, I can examine your various property overheads – including business rates – with the potential of saving substantial sums of money – as demonstrated for many of our clients, both in the Midlands and further afield.
