So you’re fully aware of the numbers before tendering. We use our own comprehensive budgeting to judge contractor quotes, when we put the specification out to tender.
The quotes we receive are likely to be significantly lower than those of a self-managed project. This is due to the volume of work we tender on an annual basis.
Subsequently, our analysis of responses to tender extracts best value in selecting, and negotiating with, interior fit out contractors. The savings in procurement that we pass on to you more than outweigh our total fees.
