Budgeting is vital. A full breakdown of estimated total project costs that includes labour, furniture procurement, fit out works and removals, is provided. So you’re fully aware of the numbers before tendering. We use our own comprehensive budgeting to judge contractor quotes, when we put the specification out to tender.

Procuring

The quotes we receive are likely to be significantly lower than those of a self-managed project. This is due to the volume of work we tender on an annual basis.

Subsequently, our analysis of responses to tender extracts best value in selecting, and negotiating with, interior fit out contractors. The savings in procurement that we pass on to you more than outweigh our total fees.

Managing

Handling the project – whether office design, fit out, refurbishment or move management – we save you time, money and minimise disruption to your business.

We ensure that you have contractual protection, minimising risk of variation to the specification and negating cost overruns. We ensure that all works will complete on budget, on specification and to schedule.

Delivering and aftercare

We handle all the logistics of occupying your new workspace. We are on hand for any potential snagging, and will schedule a 12-month review of the workspace, to see how it is working for you. This ensures long term quality control and peace of mind.
