WM Housing Group’s consolidation of three office locations into one new head office in Solihull signifies a growing trend of companies rationalising their office space to realise greater economies of scale whilst increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

This consolidation process is a prime example of the trend that we have seen throughout last year, which has led to so many deals being struck in Solihull and the M42 corridor.
