KWB Workplace completes Bromsgrove office refurbishment

KWB’s integrated office move management, design and fit out consultancy, KWB Workplace, has completed a comprehensive office refurbishment for the landlord of St Johns House, a Bromsgrove office building.

Landlord, Quartz Investments, appointed KWB Workplace, the consultancy arm of KWB’s Birmingham commercial property agents, to completely re-fit St Johns House, a 12,000 sq ft, three-storey, multi-let, purpose-built, modern office building situated in the middle of Bromsgrove town centre.

The refurbishment is already helping the marketing of the vacant first floor of the building. Tim Haslam of Quartz Investments said: “The refurbishment of St Johns House to grade ‘A’ standard has further enhanced the attractiveness of this town centre office building to potential tenants in a market where there is a real shortage of quality office space.”
