Sinclair Retail Park, Evesham

Sinclair Retail Park was completed in Autumn 2019 by Ashfield Land, having acquired the former R Sinclair Transport 3-acre site the prior year. Located on Davies Road at Four Pools in Evesham, close to the main A46 bypass, the £14m redevelopment resulted in a welcome addition to the town’s retail amenities.

Occupiers on the park include discount retailer, TK Maxx, an Aldi supermarket and Home Bargains.

KWB Property Management manages the development, providing services such as rent and service charge collection, and care of litter picking, landscaping and repairs to external areas.

One of the key responsibilities is management of the scheme’s car park. Using an automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system, we manage visitor parking professionally and fairly, ensuring that the car park is not misused and that spaces are available for genuine customers. Cameras on entry and exit monitor vehicles in and out of the car park, with those staying over the allotted time being handled effectively and charged if necessary.
