KWB acquires 11,000 sq ft of office space at Coventry business park

Birmingham and Solihull-based independent commercial property agents, KWB, have acquired more than 11,000 sq ft of refurbished office space at a Coventry business park. KWB provided office space search and acquisition services for a firm of international IT business consultants, and a leading medical charity.

Acting on behalf of Itelligence Business Solutions, KWB Director, John Bryce, acquired 6,744 sq ft on the ground floor of 2M Middlemarch, Siskin Drive, Middlemarch Business Park, Coventry, CV3 4FJ – a refurbished headquarters style office suite. With more than 8,000 employees across 25 countries, Itelligence develops tailor-made SAP software to meet the specific needs of their clients, including John Lewis, Department for Transport, City University London, and World Rugby, amongst others.

At the same time, Les Balla, Senior Director in KWB’s Property & Asset Management Department, acquired 4,772 sq ft for a leading medical charity, in a self-contained office suite over two floors, at building 4M, also on Middlemarch Business Park.

Both offices were acquired on new 10-year leases, at headline rents of around £15psf. JLL and Knight Frank acted for the landlord, Bridges Fund Management.

John Bryce says: “Middlemarch Business Park is set in a landscaped environment with good facilities, close to the A45, A46, Eastern Bypass and Coventry Airport, which makes it an ideal location for our clients. Having the right property in the right location can solve so many issues for a business and will ultimately act as a catalyst for development and growth.

KWB acquires space at Middlemarch Business Park through its office space search and acqusition service

“The shortage of readily available office space in and around Coventry, and further west in Solihull and along the M42 corridor, makes it even more important for organisations searching for new office space to use an acquiring agent. This is the only way they can be sure of considering all the office space that is available, both on- and off-market, and of getting the best deal on total occupational costs.”

KWB’s office space search and acquisition service is designed to save clients money, improve efficiencies and increase productivity. It takes the stress and worry out of office relocations. For further information, contact John Bryce on 0121 233 2330 or via email jbryce@kwboffice.com.
