With over 25 years of experience, including 10 as a director in commercial property, Sam meets his role at KWB with dedication, knowledge and enthusiasm. His keen understanding of the needs of both clients and occupiers enables him to offer fully transparent communication, services and strategies that benefit all parties and uphold KWB’s excellent reputation.  

Having joined KWB thirty years after its inception, Sam builds on exceptional foundations with a contemporary focus. He continues to drive the business forward sustainably and efficiently, enhancing an already impressive portfolio, with a tailored and personal approach. 

Sam leads the Property Management team with a desire for collaboration and continuous development. As a prolific mentor, he offers reliable support to ensure each member can progress effectively and reach their full potential – resulting in a stronger core at KWB and an even greater service for every customer.  

Rohan Khosla MTPI

Head of Residential Property Management, KWB Residential

Initially joining the team as Property Manager, Rohan has developed to become Head of Residential Property Management.

Rohan is now responsible for sourcing new business for KWB Residential, as well as building and maintaining existing relationships. This is part of an initiative of growth and investment within the team – creating a wider network of support for the West Midlands, whilst continuing to ensure the high standards of KWB’s service are upheld.

Although Rohan’s duties have evolved, he believes a hands-on and personal approach is still required. He continues to offer tailored and insightful solutions to any challenges a customer or resident may face, considering the individual needs of the property with his extensive experience.

Taylor Maragh ATPI

Senior Property Manager, KWB Residential

A valued and highly-qualified member of our evolving team at KWB Residential, Taylor has been growing her specialism in residential property management since completing a respected and influential graduate scheme in 2021.

She has a proven ability to support large property portfolios, including extensive experience in the management of high-risk buildings – meeting their requirements and challenges with keen knowledge and insight.

As a Senior Property Manager, Taylor focuses heavily on forming and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, investors and residents. Her personal approach to these meetings, along with each member of the KWB Residential team, highlights her passion for the industry and drive to offer stakeholders a level of service that is truly unmatched.

Whilst already accredited as an Associate of The Property Institute, Taylor is currently working towards achieving Member status to develop her already established professional attributes even further. This continued progress reflects her commitment to KWB Residential, its ongoing growth and development, and her own future as a key figure in property management.

George McCall MIWFM

Head of Facilities Management, KWB Property Management

A passionate, dedicated and highly qualified specialist, George leads our skilled team of Facilities Managers. He utilises over 10 years of experience, including tenures with globally recognised firms, to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, contractors and tenants, ensuring positive and satisfying outcomes for all parties.

With a skillset reinforced by his knowledge of modern commercial environments and their needs, George is strategic in his focus on ESG goals and maintaining sustainable, future-proof properties. This is integral to providing occupiers with spaces that encourage office-based lifestyles and deliver return on investment.

George is a Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (MIWFM) and shows a great respect for his responsibilities, ensuring all needs are met to hold his place in the industry. Due to this, he has high expectations of the work undertaken by the KWB team, as well as the trusted contractors we work with, to meet statutory requirements and provide a high-value service.

Mark Eskins

Facilities Manager, KWB Property Management

Mark is Facilities Manager at KWB Property Management, managing an extensive portfolio of property instructions on behalf of housebuilders, landlords and residents’ management companies.

Using a wide range of property management experience, Mark supports everything from housing associations to university student accommodation and multiple departments in the public sector.

KWB Property Management is experienced in managing housing developments and apartment blocks, as well as their surrounding land, such as green areas, walkways and car parks.

Their dedicated team understands that communication is key for both clients and residents – particularly residents as their home is so personal to them.

They take great pride in both their work and the properties they manage, implementing planned maintenance, providing transparent budgetary control and handling the myriad day-to-day requirements of a high-quality service.

Jon Tedstone FMAAT

Chief Operating Officer, KWB

Having been a key asset to KWB for over 20 years, Jon brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role of COO.

Primarily, Jon oversees KWB’s day-to-day operations, implementing business strategies effectively, leading a range of teams across all branches of the company and working to meet overarching goals.

With a strong background in finance, IT and HR, Jon ensures efficiencies, collaboration and a client-centric focus are at the core of all KWB operations.

David Sanders

Head of Client Accounting, KWB

With extensive experience in accounts payable, reporting and data services within commercial property, David has a broad skillset built on accuracy, efficiency and process. As Head of Client Accounting, David has extensive knowledge of commercial service charges and is accustomed to working with high volume portfolios.

Alex Chambers

Head of Credit Control, KWB

With significant financial experience in the commercial property industry already, Alex’s role as Head of Credit Control enables him to manage the monetary requirements of all stakeholders whilst developing his specialism further.

Whether handling rent and service charge collection, producing debtor reports or arranging payment plans, Alex communicates with tenants and landlords professionally and impartially. This allows him to resolve queries and find solutions to any financial issues efficiently, for a transparent service that’s effective and sensitive to all party’s needs.

Hayley Critchley

Property Management Administrator, KWB Property Management

An essential element in maintaining the strength of KWB’s processes and efficiencies, Hayley offers complete administrative support to our property management and facilities management teams.

Her responsibilities are broad and require keen attention to detail. From updating accounting and health and safety systems to assisting in reporting, quote collation and stakeholder communications, Hayley delivers an exceptional service to both our customers and our internal team.

Joanne Spencer

Office Manager, KWB

Joanne Spencer is KWB’s Office Manager and there’s a good chance she’ll be the first person you speak to when you call our office. Jo is responsible for liaising with clients and staff, and plays a key role in organising and scheduling within KWB’s office and industrial agencies.
