On a personal front, with over 15 years’ working in this industry, I have specialist knowledge of managing a variety of residential property. Having worked in both small and large managing agents over my career, I believe I bring the best of national and local approaches, learning from the toughest challenges that property can present. I deliver a personal service when handling client liaison, managing residential block developments, budgeting, resident communication and site inspections.

I am a Property Manager for KWB Residential, part of KWB Commercial Property Specialists. We provide residential property management with the commercial RICS-registered pedigree of KWB’s multi-disciplinary practice.
I’ve been working in property management and building maintenance for over 25 years. With a range of public and private sector experience – spanning a variety of residential buildings – I am highly adept at addressing the needs of our clients.
My responsibilities include site inspections, health & safety, organising repairs, attending meetings, liaising with leaseholders and directors, dealing with contractors and responding to queries and issues.

As Group Financial Director, Jonathan is responsible for all group financial matters, as well as client liaison activities associated with property management accounts, involving service charges, year end and monthly bank reconciliations.

With over 30 years’ experience in finance and credit control, Joanne assists in KWB’s effective management of client monies. Joanne is responsible for ensuring the timely payment of rents, service charges and other monies for commercial and residential properties, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and accurate documentation of accounts.

Joanne Spencer is KWB’s Office Manager and there’s a good chance she’ll be the first person you speak to when you call our office. Jo is responsible for liaising with clients and staff, and plays a key role in organising and scheduling within KWB’s office and industrial agencies.
