As building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders is a key element of Keziaâs role, she is committed to ensuring all are consistently satisfied with KWBâs high level of service. This includes overseeing the day-to-day property performance, health and safety compliance, managing service charges and lease events to ensure assets are operated efficiently, sustainably and cost effectively.
Kezia is also a member of the West Midlands RICS Regional Board, and an active member of the Women in Property Midlands Committee, of which she was previously Chair.
