Jon Tedstone FMAAT

Chief Operating Officer, KWB

Having been a key asset to KWB for over 20 years, Jon brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his role of COO.

Primarily, Jon oversees KWB’s day-to-day operations, implementing business strategies effectively, leading a range of teams across all branches of the company and working to meet overarching goals.

With a strong background in finance, IT and HR, Jon ensures efficiencies, collaboration and a client-centric focus are at the core of all KWB operations.

Judith Williams BSc (Hons), MRICS

Associate Director, KWB Property Management

Judith is an Associate Director at KWB Property Management and manages a portfolio of Midlands-based office, industrial, retail and mixed-use schemes on behalf of a range of property companies and private landlords.

As a RICS qualified property surveyor with 30 years of experience, she has developed an in-depth understanding of a wide range of property types, industry processes and property management procedures.

Taking a proactive, personal and communicative approach to her daily workload, Judith understands that satisfied tenants are of prime importance to property owners, leading to prompt rent payments and limiting void periods by encouraging long-term occupation.

Kezia Smart MRICS

Associate Director, KWB Property Management

Having developed broad and varied experience within commercial property across a wide range of portfolios, Kezia brings a practical and hands-on approach to her role as Associate Director. She utilises a comprehensive skillset to assist in the management of KWB’s extensive property portfolio, splitting time across both commercial and mixed-use accounts.

As building and maintaining relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders is a key element of Kezia’s role, she is committed to ensuring all are consistently satisfied with KWB’s high level of service. This includes overseeing the day-to-day property performance, health and safety compliance, managing service charges and lease events to ensure assets are operated efficiently, sustainably and cost effectively.

Kezia is also a member of the West Midlands RICS Regional Board, and an active member of the Women in Property Midlands Committee, of which she was previously Chair. Her continued involvement in these industry groups reflects her commitment to driving standards, supporting diversity and inclusion and contributing to the future of the profession. This outstanding level of support and dedication makes Kezia an integral part of the KWB team.

Les Balla

Consultant, KWB Property Management

Les is a Consultant at KWB Property Management and a Chartered Surveyor. Specialising in property management and professional consultancy, his work benefits from experienced insights developed through a history in general practice surveying.

Les offers assistance with a variety of commercial property management requirements, including lease arrangements, rent reviews and lease renewals, dilapidations, property consultancy, investment advice, rent collections and general landlord and tenant issues.

He has a deep understanding of the needs of independent landlords and heads of family trusts, acting as a knowledgeable point of contact that can look after every stakeholder’s best interests. Les appreciates the significance of being this point of contact and works diligently to provide a service that’s second-to-none.

Narinder Kaur

Property Manager, KWB Property Management

Narinder is a Property Manager at KWB Property Management, part of KWB Commercial Property Specialists. Together, the team manages a portfolio of Midlands-based office, retail and mixed-use schemes on behalf of a range of property companies and private landlords.

A passionate, dedicated and highly qualified specialist, George leads our skilled team of Facilities Managers. He utilises over 10 years of experience, including tenures with globally recognised firms, to build strong, lasting relationships with clients, contractors and tenants, ensuring positive and satisfying outcomes for all parties.

With a skillset reinforced by his knowledge of modern commercial environments and their needs, George is strategic in his focus on ESG goals and maintaining sustainable, future-proof properties. This is integral to providing occupiers with spaces that encourage office-based lifestyles and deliver return on investment.

George is a Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (MIWFM) and shows a great respect for his responsibilities, ensuring all needs are met to hold his place in the industry. Mark Eskins

Facilities Manager, KWB Property Management

Mark is Facilities Manager at KWB Property Management, managing an extensive portfolio of property instructions on behalf of housebuilders, landlords and residents’ management companies.

Using a wide range of property management experience, Mark supports everything from housing associations to university student accommodation and multiple departments in the public sector.

KWB Property Management is experienced in managing housing developments and apartment blocks, as well as their surrounding land, such as green areas, walkways and car parks.

Office Manager, KWB

Joanne Spencer is KWB’s Office Manager and there’s a good chance she’ll be the first person you speak to when you call our office. Jo is responsible for liaising with clients and staff, and plays a key role in organising and scheduling within KWB’s office and industrial agencies.
