The distinctive heritage and culture of ‘Silicon Spa’ has developed over more than two decades through a focus on quality and creativity.

Leamington Spa town is set to see substantial investment and rejuvenation. The council, working in association with Public Sector plc, has planned a £50 million program of redevelopment, which will see the construction of a new council building – bringing all services and 350 jobs into the town centre – a multi-storey car park, and 40 private apartments in the Covent Garden area of central Leamington Spa.
