With over 25 years of experience, including 10 as a director in commercial property, Sam meets his role at KWB with dedication, knowledge and enthusiasm. I am a Senior Property Management Surveyor at KWB Property Management and manage a portfolio of Midlands-based office, industrial, retail and mixed use schemes on behalf of a range of property companies and private landlords.

As a RICS qualified property surveyor with 30 years of experience, I have developed an in-depth understanding of a wide range of property types, industry processes and property management procedures.

I take a proactive, personal and communicative approach to my daily workload. I understand that satisfied tenants are of prime importance to property owners, leading to prompt rent payments and limiting void periods by encouraging long-term occupation. First impressions count when marketing vacant space and potential tenants need confidence that premises are well managed.

I’m Senior Surveyor at KWB Property Management. We manage a portfolio of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use schemes for property companies, management companies and private landlords across the Midlands and beyond.

Having worked in the commercial property industry for over 40 years, I’ve experienced all aspects of practice surveying. This variety of activity, including agency work, allows me to deliver a refined and well-executed property management service.

I can provide a complete property management solution that ensures a building, or portfolio of buildings, and their communal areas are continually well maintained. To fulfil this, I have access to an array of suppliers for services such as landscaping, office cleaning, security, insurance, health & safety and much more.
