I joined KWB Industrial in 2025 as part of their 24-month apprenticeship scheme. The scheme gives me the chance to achieve a BTech National Diploma, whilst also gaining real-world experience as part of an established and successful company.

As the youngest member of the team, I’m keen to contribute new and fresh ideas to a range of areas that I’m developing my skills in. From advising clients about industrial property, land and construction to collecting information from site inspections, lease advisory and management – I’m excited to assist in all elements of surveying.

I report directly to KWB Industrial’s Director, Kenny Allan, working alongside him to increase my knowledge of customer-focused business practices, as well as the property market itself.
