With over 20 years’ experience as a management surveyor and former director of a property management company with a near £3bn property portfolio, I head up KWB’s property and asset management division. I am a Consultant at KWB Property Management, and a Chartered Surveyor. Specialising in property management and professional consultancy, my work benefits from a wider insight stemming from a history in general practice surveying.

I’m an experienced, lateral thinking, RICS Registered Valuer working at KWB Commercial Property Specialists in Birmingham, as Head of Valuation & Lease Advisory.

I act on behalf of both occupiers and landlords to provide advice on rent reviews, lease breaks and lease renewals. For occupiers, this includes activity such as re-gearing leases, improving the security of your tenancy and negotiating rent-free periods and reductions in rent.
