James heads up our operations team and has many years’ experience in the cleaning industry. Beginning his career as a cleaning operative, he progressed to the role of Contracts Manager and joined our Corporate Cleaning team as Senior Regional Operations Manager before being promoted to Head of Operations.
James has managed cleaning services provided to a variety of sectors and industries, including offices, schools and large retail units – this gives him a versatile understanding of clients’ cleaning requirements. James has a track record of implementing cleaning systems designed specifically to clients’ needs and conducting regular proactive auditing of the service.
Jackie Haines
Regional Manager, KWB Corporate Cleaning
As a KWB Corporate Cleaning Regional Manager, Jackie is responsible for ensuring the customer satisfaction of offices and schools in Birmingham, London and key southern locations.
Jackie has worked in the cleaning industry for over 30 years, gaining experience in every role, from cleaning itself to contract and regional management. As such, Jackie’s comprehensive top-to-bottom knowledge makes her a reliable pair of hands to resolve any issues you might have.
Emma Bird
Area Manager, KWB Corporate Cleaning
As Area Manager for KWB Corporate Cleaning, Emma oversees a variety of our cleaning contracts, ensuring locations are kept at the high cleaning standard we pride ourselves on.
With over 16 years’ experience in management positions within the cleaning industry, Emma is well placed to lead our cleaning teams. Her responsibilities include site visits, quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing cleaners, and providing our cleaners with the training they need to deliver KWB’s level of service.
Emma’s eye for detail and passion for the very highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene make her a safe pair of hands for making sure your properties are well maintained.
Paula Truesdale
Regional Contracts Manager, KWB Corporate Cleaning
Contract Manager Paula has risen through the ranks, from cleaning operative to site supervisor and now, Regional Contracts Manager. Paula offers a wealth of knowledge gained over many years working in and managing school contracts as well as other commercial premises. Paula is extremely experienced and prides herself on delivering strong operational disciplines and exceptional results for her customers.

As Group Financial Director, Jonathan is responsible for all group financial matters, as well as client liaison activities associated with property management accounts, involving service charges, year end and monthly bank reconciliations.
Joanne Spencer
Office Manager, KWB
Joanne Spencer is KWB’s Office Manager and there’s a good chance she’ll be the first person you speak to when you call our office. Jo is responsible for liaising with clients and staff, and plays a key role in organising and scheduling within KWB’s office and industrial agencies.
