I am Senior Property Manager for KWB Residential, part of KWB Commercial Property Specialists. We provide residential property management with the commercial RICS-registered pedigree of KWB’s multi-disciplinary practice.
I’ve been working in property management and building maintenance for over 25 years. With a range of public and private sector experience – spanning a variety of residential buildings – I am highly adept at addressing the needs of our clients.
My responsibilities include site inspections, health & safety, organising repairs, attending meetings, liaising with leaseholders and directors, dealing with contractors and responding to queries and issues.
KWB Residential is experienced in managing apartment blocks and the land attached to these developments, such as green areas, walkways and car parks. We have an in-depth understanding of resident needs, and address issues promptly and effectively.

As an experienced and enthusiastic Property Manager, I aid the delivery of a range of services across KWB Residential’s extensive portfolio.
My extensive skillset has led me to become a specialist in fire safety, as well as all essential health and safety aspects of residential properties – particularly in high-rise buildings above 18 metres. These skills have been enhanced through my completion of the MTPI (Member of The Property Institute) qualification, awarded to show high standards of proficiency in leasehold management.
As well as my technical knowledge, I also pride myself on my ability to build and maintain relationships within the industry. Whether it be with clients, contractors or residents, I always aim to be highly prompt, proactive and flexible to their needs, for a service that’s comprehensive and well informed.
