Paula offers a wealth of knowledge gained over many years working in and managing school contracts as well as other commercial premises. As Area Manager for KWB Corporate Cleaning, Emma oversees a variety of our cleaning contracts, ensuring locations are kept at the high cleaning standard we pride ourselves on.
With over 16 years’ experience in management positions within the cleaning industry, Emma is well placed to lead our cleaning teams. Her responsibilities include site visits, quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing cleaners, and providing our cleaners with the training they need to deliver KWB’s level of service.

As Group Financial Director, Jonathan is responsible for all group financial matters, as well as client liaison activities associated with property management accounts, involving service charges, year end and monthly bank reconciliations.
Office Manager, KWB
Joanne Spencer is KWB’s Office Manager and there’s a good chance she’ll be the first person you speak to when you call our office. Jo is responsible for liaising with clients and staff, and plays a key role in organising and scheduling within KWB’s office and industrial agencies.
